"Pop! The Invention of Bubble Gum" Lesson Plan and Worksheets

This product contains activities based on Pop! The Invention of Bubble Gum by Meghan McCarthy. The first activity has students connect important events that led to the invention of Bubble Gum. The second activity has students refer to the text to record facts about Bubble Gum. Then, students will decorate a gum wrapper to reflect a flavor they would like to try. They will also describe their favorite gum using strong adjectives. Finally, students will answer short response comprehension questions.
